Gentle Yin
Mondays 8-9pm ET on Zoom
Yin Yoga is all about slowing down and utilizing gravity and time to create space within the body. This practice moves at a slower pace (holding postures for 3-5 minutes at a time) and stays low to the ground. By anchoring our mind’s awareness to the breath and using longer holds to lengthen and stretch the many layers of tissues within the body, this practice is a perfect way to wind down at the end of your day and reconnect to your breath, your body and a sense of peaceful spaciousness.
All Levels (including beginners)
Recommended props: blanket, pillows and yoga blocks
Gentle Flow & Meditation
Saturdays 10-11am ET on Zoom
This practice starts with 45 minutes of gentle and accessible movement and ends with a 10-minute seated meditation followed by Savasana. You can expect slow, creative sequences balanced by lots of stillness at the end of practice.

Creative Flow
Wednesdays 12-1pm ET on Zoom
Through fun, smart, intentional sequencing, the Creative Flow will keep you engaged in body and mind, while inviting you into new territory within your practice. With an intention of exploring poses through a variety of lenses, themes and new pathways of movement, this class will help to deepen your own, unique mind-body connection while bridging the gap between your practice on and off of the mat. This is where dynamic movement becomes a gateway into helping us recognize and embrace the many gifts that come from living this embodied life.
